International Franchise Association Convention 2017

IFA

What do sharks, men in kilts, and a class of graduates have in common? Just another week in the life of LAI Live!

At It Again!

Returning to Las Vegas, a place our team of Producers knows too well, IFA’s Annual Convention took Mandalay Bay by storm and LAI Live was with them every step of the way.

Lots of Steps

With over sixty concurrent sessions, multiple receptions and several VIP committee meetings, LAI Live led the way through seven days of constantly changing airwalls, table layouts, AV set-ups and technical mastery of presenter’s laptops.  Running between the North & South convention center allowed our team to “get their steps in” before 10:00 am and keep the pace going all day long (Yay for fitness)!

Franchising is Fun

Music pumping and lights pulsing in the ballroom signaled three content-filled days of general sessions featuring four hot keynoters including the Anytime Fitness co-founders (a.k.a. avid kilt-wearers), a graduation of over 100 students, multiple award presentations, audience interaction through online polls and speaker Q&A, and a focus on the industry’s next generation through a shark-like stage competition highlighting some of the next great ideas to be introduced to franchising.

Columns, Columns, Columns

Columns were no match for the LAI Live team as we designed the scenic to be seen from anywhere in the room.  The eighty-foot screens surrounded the audience in the creative content and allowed for IMAG, keynote presentations and sponsor recognition to be shown simultaneously.  Delay screens were also added as an extra touch to ensure every seat in the house was a front-row seat.

It was another record-setting year for attendance and another successful show for LAI Live.  See you next year in Phoenix!
