You and your team rocked it last week. My sincere thanks for all you and your team’s organization, care, patience, and leadership to get us across the finish line for virtual conference last week. CMAA members were thrilled with the experience. That plus great general sessions, and a well-attended event that exceeded financial goals equals success!

We couldn’t have pulled it off without a partner like LAI.  Our annual conference is our biggest event of the year. It provides a reset for our members annually as they are exiting their busy season or about to enter into it. This past year has been rough on everyone. CMAA members have been going above and beyond to serve their club members throughout the pandemic. They are COVID weary. Providing them a week of escape into a conference experience is a big deal for us and for them. We exceeded their expectations and gave them that escape with their peers. Pretty special! 

This was our first virtual conference and this professional production company did a stellar job at guiding us through the process and preparing our speakers! Our event received RAVE reviews from our attendees and we owe a giant thanks to LIA Live. We would recommend them to anyone going virtual with their big event!

We were happy with the level of attention we got from their team. The meeting itself went off without a hitch. We were fortunate not to have technical issues on the speakers’ end. Most of the content was live. Just like with live TV, there’s always a level of uncertainty and excitement. Fortunately, everything went off without any technical snafus.

LAI Live put a lot of effort into the project, particularly in October, when we were getting down to brass tax and needed to make certain that everything got done. I was really pleased that we were able to tie up all the loose ends and make things happen when we needed them to. They have a dynamic and committed team that was able to work well in a remote capacity.

In our brainstorming sessions, it’s clear that LAI Live really listens carefully because once they give us a prototype, their outputs are really spot on. They frequently receive stellar feedback from our internal team. Additionally, they are open-minded and incredibly engaged. I can tell that they enjoy working with us. 

They provide a good level of detail and they communicate their deadlines well. They are flexible and, overall, they are great to work with. They also follow through with all of their deliverables. They are extremely responsive and they always stay within the given budget. Our first project was really time-sensitive and we were crunched for time. However, they were able to get it done. I couldn’t expect anything more, they just did a good job.

When the pandemic hit, NIAC had to reimagine how it would fulfill its mission in this changing-new-normal. One of our biggest concerns regarding fundraising was, how do we shift our five in-person galas into the virtual space. In LAI Live, we found a partner who was able to bring our bold plan for our virtual gala to life. Their team was incredibly easy to work with, from sales to planning, to production and execution, we always felt like we had an entire team to support us, never felt like we were just being passed along. Our board, donors, and other stakeholders keep telling us how inspiring, technically-smooth, and overall just proud they are of our organization and our first-ever virtual gala.

From the beginning, booking with you and LAI was refreshing and enjoyable.  Working with you and Megan to flesh out ideas proved to be effortless and fun. Labonnae is also very creative and truly engaging to work with, and the production team knew exactly what to do to ensure a very successful event.

Collaborating with your staff to see this event move from the idea stage to full production was a great experience for Beth and I! Often, we only hire the speaker through an agency and do not experience the skilled production of what a company like LAI can produce.

In summary, we found working with LAI to be a collaborative and successful experience and we appreciated the expertise LAI provided in handling this event from start to finish!
